When Will My Order Arrive?
HIDEHAUL currently accepts orders from Africa and selected international destinations.
For orders within Africa, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days.
For selected international destinations outside Africa, delivery may take approximately 14–21 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Orders to remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time, and delays can occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that delays may also occur due to force majeure events, including wars, political situations, natural disasters, major transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the available shipping and tracking details in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
